Hair extensions which are untreated and uncolored usually cost more because they are more durable.

Hair extensions require some maintenance. The hair needs to be treated with gentle care and cleaned and moisturized daily with a good conditioner. Our natural hair gets the necessary oils and moisture from the scalp, but hair extensions do not get the same so depending on the style of your hair extensions you might also have to visit the hairdresser every six weeks to fix your hair extensions.
